This is a retail version Microsoft Office Home and Business 2010 Product Key Card 1 user/1 PC. Product is brand new and sealed. This is not a disc version--this is the product key that you go online to activate. Once online it downloads/installs Office to your PC.

if you've bought a new PC and have the Office starter on it than this is for you--simply go to activate Office and enter the key.

Office products included are: Word 2010, Excel 2010, Power Point 2010, One Note 2010 and Outlook 2010.

Again to reiterate--brand new, sealed retail package--never opened. Never activated.
