My great nephews have CARS mittens in every color I have yarn. The animals are reindeer, skunk, donkey, rabbit, cat, tiger,sheep, squirrel, lion, elephant, dalmation, dog, cow, and Aligator. Are these knitted on 2 straight needles or 4 double point needles?

On 4 d p needles, If you wanted to do it flat on 2 sp needles you could do it that way. I prefer not to have seams. My grandmother made piles of mittens for the family and though I never saw her knitting them she didn't have seams. So I prefer to do it the same way. I have a pattern book on auction for 2 needle mittens and I read it. It sounds harder to do than 4 needles.

Hi, I couldn't find it either. So I had to get it from the arcdhives and relist it. Sometimes things just get lost like that. So, I got it back on. It will now end at about 90 am on Friday. Thanks, I wouldn't have missed for a long time otherwise. Nancy
