Hi this is a iPhone 3GS 8 G. AT&T .. It's like brand-new and It works great .. There is no SIM card . . You have to get it from AT&T... I have a new iPhone 5s .. So I am putting it on Listia It would make a great Christmas present .. The charger is included and it works great .. This is the real deal ... I took a lot of pictures just for you ... Have fun : )

I don't understand what you are trying to say .. When I first put the pictures on Listia I took a set of pictures .. Then I did a update and Put the 2 set of pictures on Listia ... It is the same phone .. I will add another picture for you .. I don't know a lot about iPhones and stuff .. I like it because I have the iPad .. And I can watch movies on it .. go to Facebook ... And listen to music ...

I hope this answers your question .. And when I turned the phone off And turned it back on For the second set of pictures .. That's what it showed on the screen .. It is not locked up ..
