it's a pouch,a shelf and a vine made out of fleece fabric for a small pet like a ferret,sugar glider or rat,etc and they hang in the cage.

can u make a cage cover ,for an xl cage for dogg's ,i cant ever find the a cover bigg enough for my tanner's cage,he is 18 pound dog with a saint bernard cage lol ,he has room to play an walk around when we aren't home thats why i got it soo big :)
