I say this baby carrier is like new because it was bought and returned to the store with the instriction sheet missing. Why? I don't know, because it's really self explanatory. There are even pictures on the back of the box to show how the baby can face either way. I took it out of the box for the pic of hubby wearing it. I couldn't get him to change his shirt and go for another shot after I realized it blended with his shirt. I have checked this over and it is in gift giving condition. I see no stains, tears or marks of any kind. I used one when I had my fourth child and it was a Godsend. Baby comfy and free hands to deal with other childrens needs. As always shipping is free and have a great day.

I will not be using delivery confirmations unless an item has a bid of 2000 or more. I want to keep shipping free so I'm able to cut $.85 off the cost this way.

There will be no refunds on items that do not have a DC. I think I've proven I'm reliable and can be trusted to mail an item out when the bid ends.
