This is a customized costume for a little girl doggy! It was a Halloween shirt, but didn't quite fit my dog, so I made a tutu and sewed it to the shirt. It is still too small. This is a size XXS for a dog 3-5 pounds. I have a 7 pound Chihuahua, and it goes on, but it way too short. She wore the t-shirt once last year, and tried it on again this year. Excellent condition!!! Simply Dog brand t-shirt and micro-tulle tutu.
