This is my AT&T USB mercury mobile wireless Internet modem.
All you need after receiving this is a SIM card from AT&T.
I used this for 6 months then my lap top died so I didn't need it anymore.
It is plug and play. Perfect working order/condition.
Also can store a microSD under SIM card

SIM card is just like phones use. You would have to get an acct through AT&T for Internet. You would call them and order service for it. I'm not sure if I have a verified address. When I set up my listia acct I put my address in my profile.
