These are freshly harvested from my garden to yours. Acorn squash is yummy, one way of cooking it is cutting into fry wedges and putting in toaster oven with your choice of seasonings, like chili salt, for example. They come out like french fries but are so much better for you. Dip them in some ranch and whala there you go. Or some like to bake it with cinnamon sugar.
