I have a working Nokia Surge for straighttalk. uses only the 45 dollar monthly plan, as it is a smartphone. non android, however the Symbian OS is very fluid and app capable. good Mp3 ability.

Yes. it runs off the AT&T network and is 3.5g capable. no thats not a typo. its what it said.

no to being a touch screen. it does have a full navigation app including voice navi, and pictures and videos fair quality. 2 mpx. not the most advanced phone in the world but its got great sound quality and the keayboard is actually spaced very well
