This auction is for this Simply Vera Vera Wang handbag in "510 medium purple". I purchased this bag a few years ago and (as you can see from the tags that are still attached) it has never been used. The tag shows the original retail price of $69.00. (Please know that I have had this bag carefully stored in my smoke-free home.) The first two pictures more accurately show the medium purple color of this bag. (I myself would actually call this color a medium eggplant.)

This bag is made out of a fabric that feels similar to most umbrella fabrics and it has shiny black trim with an antique goldtone metal piece in the front which reads "Simply Vera VERA WANG". In the front of the bag there is also a snap directly underneath this metal piece that you can unsnap in order to use this separate flat pocket/compartment.....which starts at the black stripe directly above this metal piece. Inside the bag, you can see that the fabric is black with the letters "VS" all over. There is a standard zip pocket inside the bag in the back and there are two slots inside the bag in the front. One of these two slots in the front is the perfect size for a cellphone while the other one is approx. twice the width (yet flatter). On the outer back side of the bag you can see that there is an additional zippered pocket area as well.

I would classify this bag to be medium in size and the measurements of the bag are:

Bottom width = 14-15 inches
Top width = 12 inches
Height (excluding straps) = 10 inches
Strap = 25-45 inches (adjustable)
Thickness of bag = approx. 2.5 inches at the bottom and gets smaller as you go up the bag to where it snaps closed.

Again, please note that this bag appears darker in the last two pictures so please go by the first few pictures for the color!
