Hey, sorry I am a full time college student and work a full time job, so I stay pretty busy, but I just measured it and it is between 27 and 18 inches when put to its largest size! Which is pretty big :)

This looks like a nice collar. My dogs live in the country so we don't need collars but if I did need one I would SO BID on this :) You just got a new fan :D
