The listing, PATCH Sew-On: IV Corps, U.S. Army pre-1969 has ended.

IV Corps, US Army shoulder sleeve insignia PATCH, circa 1944-45 or 1958-68. This is not vintage, it is the real antique item. 2 3/8" circle. Does not look like it has been attached to garment; is discolored by age; no stains.

The IV Corps replaced the VI Corps in the Fifth United States Army's order of battle in Italy after Allied forces liberated Rome in the summer of 1944 when VI Corps was withdrawn to take part in Operation Dragoon, the Allied invasion of southern France. For more info see
