there used as a add on to a regular game of magic they add extra effects that affect both players

no but there hard to find unless you go to a card site and buy them

they are not hard to find. u can get them out of the decks u buy at stores. i can go buy some for $19.99 at Meijer or walmart.

really i did not think they sold decks that were 3.5 inches by 5 inches these cards are bigger then normal size

that's the only way u can get them unless someone has them up for grabs separately. they are kinda like Planechase or Commander decks. they come with big cards.
