This Transfer Patch is 2.5 inches wide by 2.5 inches high.
Note this transfer is for light coloured fabric only

The instructions on how to transfer the Patch, will be included in the package. as well as the photo above which says the same thing.
The instructions state a heat press but a standard hand held iron will work just fine as I have personally done this & had no problems, as long as your iron can go to 180 degrees. You should not use the stencil otherwise as it may not be hot enough to transfer the iron on perfectly & I will not be held responsible to refund credits if you do so. or make any errors along the way, I am simple providing the product.
