Um.. Im not entirely sure. They might be for if you have a display rack you can flip it upside down depending on how your display is set up. But im sorry I just really don't know for sure lol

Maybe the bottom holes could be used for a necklace or hoop style earrings. Thats the two ways I would use the holes at the bottom for.
