does it have variable speed? or just on and off?
Oct 16th, 2012 at 7:55:48 AM PDT by
Original
It says uniform speed and says, switch on machine at switch open o/-switch and set the appropriate operating speed at button. Note: (A) Optimum grinding results are achieved through uniform speed and not by applying excessive pressure. (B) Make speed adjust button on the position of low speed after finising machine.
small cutter/bits=high speed, Large cutter/bits=low speed. I hope this helps, ive written xactly what it says on the pamplet. Happy Bidding
