They sure will! These products and locking tips I use are good for any kind of hair. Works for hair that ranges from fine to coarse.

I know this is for after done but do you have instructions how to first do them an get in and what to do NO ONE NOT even beauty shops of afro-americans aren't able to do in this area and would like to be able to do????

I didn't put my own locs in, however I can research and give you the all the tips I can come up with for starting your own locs and include it in with the maintenance tips. Congrats on deciding to get dreads and good luck!
