it is rated to 600 grams..... if my math is correct..... there are 28.35 grams in one ounce, so..... it can accurately weigh up to 21 + ounces ( 1 pound 6 ounces + ).... they are extremely accurate and consistant !.... all the photos are shot by me ( not from some catalog ! ).... the scale is very easy to use and..... all that the winner needs to do is.... slide open the battery cover door on the scale's bottom side, then.... pull out the clear plastic tab.... that tab keeps the batteries from using current in shipping..... i thoroughly tested each scale and they are absolutely working "a....o k !"..... good luck to win it and thanks for your question !.... robert huff in texas of "our" u s a....
