This distinctive 18.75-21 inch necklace has a 1.5 inch pendant that has a smooth silver gray shell disc under a carved shell disc in the same color with a coin on top. It appears to be an old Greek coin with the word Alexander on it. It is hard to make out the other words, but there is a good picture of it included with this listing. I bought this second hand, and have no indication that it has any value, but it is fascinating. It hangs from a beaded strand has lovely glass beads in silver, black and gray tones. Look like a history buff when you wear this one of a kind, handmade set.
