FREE: Gold toned ring with Blue Pear like Stone.

I found this pretty ring at an estate sale so I don't know a lot about it. I am not sure of the size but a dime almost fits inside. I do not believe it is gold but could be gold plated??? There is some writing inside the band but neither me or my husband can read it even with a magnifying glass. There is some wear on the back of the band. The stone is light blue and there is a "diamond like" stone next to it. Not sure of the type of stones. Please bid accordingly.
