"Order to Change Address" - Form #22 (Revised 1953) [manila card stock, printed both sides]
Unused mint condition.
Both sides are shown in the first photo which is a scan. Subsequent photos are from scxale and detail. Yours will be virtually identical.
Will be shipped carefully from a smoke free home although we do have a woodstove.
