Read the rules then. You are responsible for it to arrive in good shape.

I pack my auctions very carefully and for lots of abuse. I mean that if the post office puctures the package or straight up smashes the box (if item is breakable) I am not responsible. Other than that it will arrive in good shape because I am very careful for how I pack items.

I understand what you are saying but it's not the buyers fault either. And as per the listia rules that you say you abide by you are responsible for the safe arrival of the item. Just making sure you understand the rules you are telling others to read. If an item is smashed to pieces it's not the responsibility of the buyer to still have to pay for it. Neither is the shipping fees back if te item is not in the condition that the seller said it was in. I wish you luck in your auction. R there any rips or stains on the jersey

Not a single one. My little one grew like three sizes since last summer and only got to wear it a few times.

And the insurance is your choice. Unless the buyer specifically requests it. Then the buyer pays for it.

I agree. Delivery confirmation is what I always do. It's only like $.60 and you can track the whole way. I really hope I didn't come off wrong just informing of actual rules. I had been sent a jersey that had a couple small stains and wasn't happy once. The seller said she didn't notice them but they were there. So that's how I found out first hand about all these specifics. But again good luck and I will be watching for it.
