This can be shipping thru Paypal's shipping, priority mail flate rate padded envelope for $4.90 and with that you get FREE tracking too. Go to usps.com and order FREE prority mail padded envelopes and they mail them to you for free, also! I use them ALL the time. :)

I was able to find shipping and handling for this item at 5.30 with USPS. I was not able to find this through pay pal. So I wll lower shipping rate to $5.30
