This listing is for a brand new size medium blue dress. I bought it off the internet but it didn't fit. The description was made to sound like it was a women's medium dress but I think it is a child's size, because when I put it on my head would hardly fit through the hole and it was very small like a child's dress. I am providing the measurements I took of the dress so hopefully whoever wins will have the right size. The measurements were taken with the dress lying flat so you will have to double them i guess to get the circumference (if that is the right word). It also has a snag in the lining but it is not visible through the outer material. It came to me like this. I have provided pictures of it.

Measurements:

Shoulder to hem: 32.5 inches approx.

Waist: 13 inches approx.

Bust: 14 inches approx.

Shoulder minus sleeves: 10 inches approx.

Back of neck: 7 inches approx.
