Winning Bidder Must Send Me A Description Of An Anime Character He/She Wants And I Will Draw It And Send It By Mail. There Will Be Mostly Colored Pencil And Some Crayon For Blending Purpose. Winning Bidder May Choose If They Want Only Crayons Or Only Colored Pencil. (NOTE: Skin Color Will Always Be In Crayon)
