Marked 14kt but my friend who is a jeweler said its over.sterling silver.

It's marked 14kt I had my jeweler friend look at it. It said its 14kt over sterling silver. I've had it and use to wear it all the time and its never faded nothing. I just never wear it any more. It's a size 7 my hands have shrank and I wear a 5.5 now so I dislike the way it fits. Rather than get it size is rather try to find someone who would want it.
