Get a fireproof container, light the sage...I always say a prayer to great spirit for everything I am grateful for in my life...I start at the front door and move clockwise around my home...then I open my house up to release all the negative energy.I also let the smoke envelope me..for cleansing and healing.I thank God at the end for removing any negative energies and purifying my space.There isn't a right way to use sage..if you use this with a pure heart, and in a sacred manner...it will greatly help you. I'm back in ... I still have a lot of what you sent me, but I should probably use it more often. I use it when my husband and I have mixed it up and honestly, it makes the whole house feel more harmonious! Really seems to work ... just love this stuff!
