Aw, see that's the issue. Did you realize that you have to fill out a customs decloratin when you ship outta the US to Canada? If so, under the barcode on that form is a postal confirmatin aslo known here to listia as a delivery confirmation. It updates in the tracking system and shows that you did take it to the post office and shipped it off. Here in Canada we don't get that number though but in the US they provide it. That number is free on your customs decloration so you technically don't need to pay the additional fee to get tracking applied when shipping outside of the US. Members that ship to me don't, they use the number I just spoke of. All my items I win are pretty well from the US and I've only had one not sure up and I asked the member for that number to help protect them when I needed to file for dispute. Luckily they had it and I stated to the moderator that it was their proof that it was shipped but it just hadn't arrived to me and the moderator took both our sides and refunded both. Funny thing was the item arrived extreamly back dated to me 2 months later ...lol (it was during the Canada Post strike).
