This is a NEW never been worn women's handmade hat. It was recently given to me by the maker as a gift, but I am not a hat person :~) So it has never been worn or even tried on. It is actually more of what I would call a tealish blue - it photographed to look baby blue for some reason, but its darker in person. Super cute!!!
