One day isn't really long enough to worry, I mean people have jobs, children and such and may not have time every single day to log on. Check the date of last log in before you request a refund. I mean I have a great rating and try really hard to take care of my customers - but one day?

I do agree with Randy, people on here are different, some take it real serious and communicate fast and ship fast, others see it as more laid back place to give away stuff, patience is important here sometimes.
