I am expecting mine to go off soon also , I have to email you & tell you about my new puppy coming , Grizzly bred to a dog from Texas & thier bringing the pup to me in 1 more week , actually thier bringing the 3 females to choose from , I get pick of litter & transport or cash , up to other people ...they are little beauties :), we will email about that :) this weather is freezing me , I am so glad this is my off week ! , well its the week i work at work from home , I like it better :) Nancy i wish this ring would fit me because it is one of my estate rings & I have been getting mails from listians saying its worth way to much & i should not have put it on here , but i am never going to be able to wear it & i dont want to get it sized because the plumb gold is a higher quality gold , back in the days when jewelry was more appreciated , plumb gold was more of what they used . Its very interesting to read about it , i have a book with all the diffrent meanings then it will give you the history on alot of things , I really love reading about it , I am sure you would enjoy it also. if we still have internet tomorrow , will write you about my upcoming puppy:)
this ring is an oldie but it has no wear on it , absolutely no thinning of the Gold , whom ever use to own it must of never wore it , I have had it in my safe for about 20+ yrs ....looks new :) Bigs hugs & Lotsa Of Love !!!!!

So amazing. Yes I am not on as much and am probably leaving due to someone who has upset me deeply and told some lies and my husband wants me out. Hi! I did look up plumb gold and it means it is EXACTLY that amount of actual gold. In other words, the 10K Plumb gold ring is EXACTLY 10karat gold, no more and no less: it isn't 9.95 or 10.5, it is 10 karats and it is real gold. Very nice ring and auction! I learned alot about gold looking this up! Thanks! Oh yes- the JL is probably the makers mark, as they apparently put them on these pieces quite often.
