Here's a hollow mesh chain to put European style beads on. It has a lobster claw clasp, and an extender with a cute heart on it. Adjusts from 6 inches at smallest size to 9 inches at largest size. As far as I know, this is silver plated, not sterling.

It's a quilter's ruler. It's predominant markings are in centimeters. Sorry for the confusion, I couldn't find my tape measure. :)
