I have up for auction 1 NEW ELF 32 color eyeshadow palette. This is a BRAND NEW ITEM. There is nothing wrong with it. I am just finding and purchasing things for myself and some to share with others. Winner will get a BONUS Gift. The palette comes with :1 MIRROR AND 1 APPLICATOR.

I usually have been using as a bonus gift the ELF studio lip gloss but if there is anything else you prefer like eyeliner, mascara or anything else along those lines just let me know. I want to make the winner happy.

I would say matte there is no shimmer in the colors.
