That looks to me to be one of the older air fresheners from the 90's that I used to buy all the time, they came with a bottle of oil that you poured into it, the ceramic jar absorbed the scent and freshened the air. I always kept the jars and ended up using them for keeping small things in so that I wouldn't lose them. I always wondered why they stopped making them. They were so decorative. =0) F&W

I have no idea, never seen one before myself, i get aqll kinds of small jars, vases, bottles, most from estate sales. So I just describe as I see it.
