No it has a usb stick that flips out of it, and plugs into the usb on your computer for charging. I never bought any extra accessories with it.

I believe it is 4gb. I'm not sure. And its a 1st gen Ultra HD

Once its uploaded onto your computer, there is software you can download to convert the file to dvd yes.

Quality is very good. Night time is pretty good but obviously if there's no light at all it won't pick it up.
