yes you can take pics. the phone is unlocked just dont have a charger. but it uses the same charger most phone use today. just he phone has wifi.

It really is a good phone i'm just a technology freak. i get a new phone every 3-6 months. so yall will see me again. next it will probably be cricket hawaii ascend or virgin mobile 4g.
