This is a good condition cell phone that wasn't used much. Probably used two months and then stop using, if you go to the web page you will find out more. I think we paid $10 a month and your kid can't really go over the amount you set up :) I think this is a great first cell phone for that kid wanting a cell phone and its very easy to use !!! Does it come with a battery, sim card, and what service can I use with this phone? Because the website said they dont do service anymore.

The cord to charge the phone, the phone(black) and it does have a battery and sim card which are both on the inside back part of the phone are included. The service from the FIREFLY MOBIL is cancelling their service October 24 because if closing bussiness but a new carrier is taking over called REDPOCKET MOBIL the number to get info is 18889933888. (www.goredpocket.com) They will have similar plans as firefly did :)

Sorry people are so horribly rude my friend. Especially when you have been nothing but informative and polite. I know I don't have to apologize for others behavior but feel like you should at least get some positive feedback! No I'm not bidding cause my kids are all grown and worrying about their own kids! I called redpocket and asked about roaming, they said that I needed a zipcode to give a more accurate answer so if you like you can call and just say you want to know if roaming is available in your zipcode for a firefly mobil phone....or I could call but until tomorrow morning :)

It really is, we wanted to try something with no contract and very kid friendly and this is what we got but too bad it was only used about 2 months :( personal issues so no more use after 2 months. My oldest kid is 5 and well I wanted to save it until he got older so he could use it but changed my mind and decided to put it here on LISTIA :) I'm sure someone could give it better use.
