It is a soothing gel that you rub on where ever it hurts and it most cases takes the pain away in minutes. I use it a lot and swear by it. Back aches, torn rotator cups, strained neck muscles...I have used it when I was cutting up hot peppers without gloves. My fingers BURNED! i kept my bottle right by my side...and when it wore off...I rubbed a little bit more on...and the pain was gone almost instantly. LOVE this stuff.

Me too! Arthritis in my spine, fingers knees, etc., not to mention fibromyalgia! I need all the help I can get! Lol!
