FREE: 1899 Penny

The listing, 1899 Penny has ended.

It's a tarnished, most likely circulated coin with whom I assume is Queen Victoria on the front with the words, 'VICTORIA DEI GRA BRITT REGINA FID DEF IND IMP' bordering it's edges. She's wearing a crown beneath a head scarf, a necklace, and earrings. By the looks of her facial features, she appears to be in her sixties. There's a thin man sitting with his sheild in his left hand and a trident in the other on the back of the coin. He's also wearing a helmet and facing toward the east. The date 1899 is below him, bordering the bottom edge of the coin. The word 'ONE' is on the left side of the coin, and the word 'PENNY' is on the right side. I think the penny is either silver or nickel, but I'm not sure. It's very tarnished, and it has a coppery, old US penny color to it.
