The listing, Anne Geddes Tiny Yellow Butterfly Baby Doll by Unimax has ended.

Hello and thank you for stopping by:)

Description:

Up for your consideration today is a gorgeous and tiny baby doll by Unimanx for Anne Geddes, world renowned Australian photographer. This itty bitty butterfly baby is a peanut at 9 inches long from head to toe. The dear little thing has a vinyl head and hands. The vinyl has a sort of shimmering translucence to it. The bright yellow suit is also the baby's body and so cannot be removed. It is stuffed with fiberfil and poly pellets for a soft, beanie body and delightfully painted to depict the sort of pattern an exotic caterpillar would have. The wings are gorgeous and detailed. They have curled due to the nature of the material; a sort of soft fabric covered plastic. Such a peaceful and almost smug expression on that little face! A wonderful baby to display, reborn or play with. She's sure to delight collectors and kids alike.

Item condition:

I purchased this baby new in the box and she has been stored and only gently handled. Her facial paint is new and perfect as the day I bought her. The body is a bit dusty and due to the fabric being rather velvety it has caught many tiny fibers and may need a light wiping down with a gently cloth or a lint roller to remove them. Wings are curled but not damaged. She is clean and in excellent condition all in all. Please consider her used and being sold as is. As I am not fully aware of her history I cannot guarantee that there was never any contact made with animals or smoke in her previous home(s). With me, she was kept away from my pets and my home has always been smoke free.

Shipping:

I am happy to ship within the US. Winner to pay actual cost. Tracking will be included at no added cost. Item is being sold as is and no returns are accepted.

Thanks for looking and feel free to ask any questions you have!

Such a wonderful and heartwarming memory:) It must have been so thrilling each time to tear back the wrapping paper to reveal a new little face! I am deeply sorry for your loss. Nothing can replace those people who raised you and made you who you are today. Cherish those memories always. I would be glad to calculate a very rough estimate for you if you would give me your zip code:) Thank you so much for your interest!

Hello again^^ I just read my auction over again and I realize at least one mistake I made. In the paragraph about the doll's condition I mention that I was the first owner and also that I was not. If this is the part you are referring to allow me to clarify: I am the first and only owner and the doll has been removed from the box, displayed and stored in a smoke fee environment away from my pets. I listed about 8 items one after the other that same day and copy pasted where appropriate so I unfortunately didn't realize my blunder. I do hope that helps but of course I would be glad to clear things up further if you need:)

Hello again! I bet it was just thrilling:D I always loved getting new dolls, still do! Haha:D It is surely a joy to pass that feeling on to your own girls! Shipping for just this yellow butterfly is going to be roughly as follows:

Priority: $13.85
Parcel Post: $11.14

Those quotes seem awfully expensive. I'm hoping when I get the dolls weighed at the post office it might be a bit cheaper. I'll certainly combine shipping if you win more than one! Good luck to you and thank you so much for your interest:)

I'm so glad to hear that <3 That is my first concern always when I put up dolls for adoption. Oh! Good luck on the boots. It surely would be wonderful to grab a few pairs:) The butterflies are the same weight so separately they will have the same shipping cost roughly. The larger baby is a bit heavier so she should be a bit more. I can of course combine them if you win all three:) You are most welcome! I love chatting back and forth and answering questions you guys have. This site is my new favorite haunt. It makes me so glad to offer dolls to people who want them so much because it makes them so happy! <3
