Description:

Up for your consideration today is a wonderful rendition of that famous little open mouthed sweetheart, the Gerber Baby. This delightful little baby doll was made by Toy Biz in 1995 for little ones to cuddle and tote about with them everywhere. She's got that signature Gerber Baby open mouthed expression with the molded soft cowlicked waves of baby hair painted a burnt sienna color. She has beautiful painted eyes and bright pink lips and tongue. Her little hands and head are of a firm vinyl and her little body is soft cloth stuffed with fiberfil. Her head is attached to a flange which allows it to turn so she can look around. The outfit is her body and therefore not removable. There is also a little plastic bottle attached to a ribbon and sewn to her arm so she can grab a meal on the go! This sweet baby girl would make a wonderful companion for any child or could hold a special place in a Gerber Baby collection!

Item condition:

This baby was a secondhand find and has clearly been well loved by a child. She has sustained much wear. The painted hair has been scuffed and rubbed in many places, the pink lips have lost some paint, there much dirt left on the face and hands as well as the body. She could use a good cleaning but she's delightful even as she is:) The bottle is chewed on the end and should probably be replaced. The ribbon has been resewn by her original owner but needs to be sewn again. Please consider her used and being sold as is. As I am not fully aware of her history I cannot guarantee that there was never any contact made with animals or smoke in her previous home(s). With me, she was kept away from my pets and my home has always been smoke free.
