This is what the back of the card says:
"DSW Bonus Cards can be used to purchase merchandise at any DSW store or from dsw.com. To redeem online, enter the DSW Bonus Card number and PIN number at the payment page of the dsw.com checkout. To redeem in store Bonus Card must be given to the cashier at time of purchase."
