This is a top bottle right?...Question.... Does this start to look like it is empting when you tilt it? I always wanted one of those when I was a little girl but, I never got one!..SO SAD!!!....I wanted to get this for my little neice.....she's a doll baby!!... with dark curly hair and big brown eyes...She's one of those Girly Girls that loves to get all dressed up and wear jewlery and make-up too!...She like to pretend that she's Aunt Mandy when she does all of this too!!!!....I just love her!...she's too cute...LOL
