Current high bidder is NOT local. He is in ROMANIA! Shipment of electronic goods into that country may be restricted and even if they are not, the sender will have to pay about $200 to ship this PLUS comply with Romanian CUSTOMS REGULATIONS. Foreign bids on this item may well be SHAM bids.....and unfair to actual local bidders.
