Very cute and fuzzy and warm. The tag says 2T and 3T but it is closer to a 2T. From a smoke free home.

No, sorry, this is just the top. I got this at Old Navy 2 years ago because my friend gave me the mouse costume that I also have listed and there was a rack of these on clearance just before the holiday. None of them had pants. But now that someone else emailed me the same question, I saw another child wearing this with the pants. The cat costume went below my daughter's bottom and she wore white pantyhose. I never realized until now that there were pants or maybe this is just what they did 2 years ago and then they reintroduced it with pants.
