As far as measuring a bracelet, you measure across the circle of the bracelet inside measurements. If done correctly it should measure somewhere between 1 3/4" to 2 3/4" across. Accepting payments on paypal is very easy. All you have to do is give the buyer your email for paypal and they can send the money to you. It will just show up in your account. When you give out your email for payment they cannot access your account just send payment, it is secure. I buy and sell jewelry through my paypal account and give my email for paypal all the time with no problem. This said, this will ship for around $2 in a bubble envelope through First Class 2-5 days. Anything that is 5 oz. and under costs $2 and less. Just a general rule of thumb when you price your auctions. One piece is going to be 5 oz and under. It usually takes at least three jewelry items before it exceeds the $2 price. Hope this helps you with your future auctions so that you can gain more bidders
