The listing, Web TV has ended.

Web TV system needs cables and power supply. I may have a power supply. System connets to TV and phone line to connect to internet. If I find a power supply , I will include it . I have some RCA cables to connect system to TV and phone wires to connect to phone lines. Unit comes with wireless keyboard. Keyboard takes 2 AAA batteries.

I'm not sure . I think it connects to the internet throug. h a phone line but not sure of much else. The paper work inside has some MSN connection numbers but they are for Virginia. You can probably call microsoft and get some access numbers for your area.
