This is a Vintage C Government Toy Cap Gun. Marked 2038 KK. 1980 Era. It uses Cap Rings. Made of Cast Metal. Has an Orange plastic tip on end of barrel. The black part of the Grips are made of plastic too, but the rest of the entire toy gun is a cast metal. It is either a 45 or a 9 mm. It measures approx. 7 Inches Long.
