Up for bid is a Sons of The American Legion lanyard. I got this with a lot of vintage American Legion items at an estate sale.
Founded in 1932, Sons of The American Legion exists to honor the service and sacrifice of Legionnaires. S.A.L. members include males of all ages whose parents or grandparents served in the U.S. military and were eligible for American Legion membership.
Lanyard is in very good condition. I was unable to find any others of these black ones online, so not sure how old it is. The items I purchased it with were from the 1960s.
Smoke-free item.
