i have a surgical steel hoop that comes with multiple silicone spikey balls to place in the opening. these just clip into place, they do not screw..but once they are clipped into place, they stay and will not fall out. i can't manage to get my fingers to work well enough to put the ball on the hoop, so finally after several attempts, i have gotten extremely aggravated and decided to list it here. it is great for a cartiledge piercing, belly ring, lip ring, nose hoop, nipple ring, etc. i will send out as soon as i get paid once auction ends. there are several different colored balls so you will have a ball for each outfit you own. lightweight and will work for people who have metal allergies because it is surgical steel!
